Ohio resident, K-12, with a current IEP identifying a qualifying disability category. Must have an Evaluation Team Report (ETR) and IEP from the resident public-school district. Statutorily capped — scholarships cannot exceed 5% of total Ohio students with disabilities; lottery if oversubscribed.

Education and Training Voucher (ETV) Program — Ohio

Up to $5,000/year for eligible current and former foster youth

Youth ages 14–26 with foster care history residing in Ohio. Must be enrolled or enrolling in post-secondary education or training. GED and college prep tutoring qualifies as an education cost in most states.

Court-Ordered & Probation Tutoring (Title I, Part D — Community Programs) — Ohio

Service-based — county probation / court / district pays via purchase order or service authorization; no direct family disbursement

Youth in Ohio with a court order or probation condition requiring tutoring, credit recovery, or GED preparation, residing in the community (online delivery; in-facility or detention services are not available). Referrals accepted from probation officers, court case managers, and diversion programs.
