2025-26 award range $3,458-$7,686/year by household-income tier. Tier 1 (lowest income) receives highest amount; Tier 4 (highest income) receives up to $3,574. Foster children automatically Tier 1.
All NC K-12 resident students attending an eligible registered nonpublic school are eligible regardless of household income (universal since 2024-25). Household income determines award-tier amount only. Relocating families may apply if physically residing in state at enrollment with residency documentation by October 1.
